DeAngelo Eugene Hall (born November 19, 1983) is an American football strong safety for the Washington Redskins of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for Virginia Tech, and was drafted with the eighth overall pick in the 2004 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons. Hall has also played for the Oakland Raiders. ==Early life== Hall attended Deep Creek High School in Chesapeake, Virginia, where he lettered in high school football, basketball and in track and field. At Deep Creek, he was a teammate of Chicago Bears' linebacker James Anderson and defensive end Darryl Tapp of the Detroit Lions. Hall, Tapp, and Anderson also played together at Virginia Tech.
